P4

Firstly, I decided to make a folder for each part of Unit 20. This includes the main Interview, Vox Pops, P1, P2, P3 and P4. When I get round to working on P5, I will add a folder and add all the appropriate folders inside of the main P5 folder. When I decided to make the folders this way, I tried my best to make them as simple as possible so that I wouldn't get confused with myself. Also, within these simple folders I tried to keep the folders named the same inside each P. For example, in the screenshot on the left, you can clearly see that in each P1, P2, P3 and P4. The same folders are in each of them to keep it more understandable.

Secondly, when I made documents and files to put inside my folders, I made sure I was putting them into the correct folder and I would name them rightly. This just makes it easier for myself to work out what file is what and where it is suppose to be. This also helped me when I was looking for work. I wouldn't have to go into each individual folder to look for something as I knew which folder it was going to be in.

Finally, whilst I was trying to keep everything neat and understandable, I thought the best way to do this was by naming everything as relatable as possible. What I mean by this is, with my Location Recce word document, instead of naming it Location Recce, I named it Location Recce - Office. This just helps me understand what is in the file without having to open it to find out.

This is my audio asset list. This tells anyone the names of the audio files used throughout the process of the podcast. If clearly shows when it was recorded and how long that specific audio files lasts for. Finally, the final column just explains if the audio files was able to be used in the podcast or wherever it was needed.
